The California Gas Tax is currently the highest in the United States. The reason for this is so the government can keep up highway maintenance, however as California welcomes electric cars and addresses gas emissions the taxation transforms into a financial burden. The purpose of this website is to inform upon the issue and provide contact information for California's representatives. The hope is that the information educates and motivates others to address the issue.
